Stretch it out!

Yoga you say?  Well let's give some examples to try out after you read Stacey's awesome article here!

Find some simple stretches to do with your clients.  Here is Stacey demonstrating a couple of them in the park!

 Think of your stretch-planning in terms of different environments and what they can follow through with.  

For example, helping them think of some stretches your client can do at their desk at school when feeling wiggley will be different than stretches they can do at home when feeling upset. This can be turned into several lessons to be practiced in different places. 

Follow it up with a visual. Name each stretch so it's easier to follow, then help your client put it somewhere they can easily see it and can be used when upset, stressed, or every day!
