Feelings egg hunt

Grab some plastic Easter eggs, just a few will do, paper, pen and scissors (small treats or prizes as an option).  Brainstorm some feelings your client could use some work on recognizing.

Make a list of the feelings, cutting them up and putting them in the eggs.  Hide the eggs around a room, letting you client search for the eggs, then opening each one to reveal the feeling inside.

You then have an opportunity to practice a coping skill for this feeling, or to name an example of feeling each emotion.  You can also throw some candy or prizes in a few of the eggs for an Easter treat for your clients!

Happy Easter everyone!
